Infant / Toddler Signing Classes
Enrich the lives of infants, toddlers, parents and caregivers by sharing the wonders and benefits of American Sign Language (ASL). These interactive theme-based classes are designed to reinforce important language and cognitive skills. In a playful, language-rich environment, parents, caregivers and children will build their American Sign Language (ASL) vocabulary through songs, rhymes and interactive games.
Baby Signs Parent Classes. This 90-minute class provides parents with an overview of the Baby Signs® Program including the many benefits of signing, basic “How To” for teaching babies to sign, and many of the most useful signs through games, songs, and entertaining activities. Ideal for expectant mothers – children up to 12 months.
Sign, Say & Play® Classes. Join the fun and learn how to talk with your baby before your baby can talk. This program consist of a series of six, theme-based classes generally offered over a 6-week period, these 45-minute sessions are designed for parents and babies to attend together. Each week families learn useful signs through fun songs, books, and activities. This program is ideal for toddlers
(9 months – 24 months).
MORE Sign, Say & Play® Classes. These classes represent an extension of our Sign, Say & Play® classes and follow the familiar Sign, Say & Play® 45- minute format with fun songs, games, books and activities. This 6-week themed based program introduces 36 signs to help parents learn simple ways to support their child’s emotional development. Ideal for children ages 2-3 years old.
